I was there to resolve portability from Oi to Claro as the chip was not sent to me I went there as they had not sent me the chip I had to buy it there and it was R$ 30.00 at the Claro shopping center I was charged R$ 10.00, I did not understand why of the chip having a difference from one store to another.
